In 1963, B.I.G. Enterprises, Inc.™ started manufacturing various steel products, including a small line of security booths. When Preston King acquired the company in 1973, he focused its energies exclusively on becoming the preeminent manufacturer of security booths, bullet resistant booths, portable guard houses, portable guard booths, and revenue control booths.

We are one of the few who meet energy and building codes of every state in the U.S. Our booth products have been used internationally at major toll roads, airports, colleges, universities and corporate facilities. The booth has provided a quality approach as part of an overall new checkpoint strategy. It was relatively easy to install and is the capstone of a $5.8 million overall security enhancement.
We wanted our guard stations to be substantial and well done with excellent workmanship, fit, and finish. We asked B.I.G. to go where many manufacturers can’t go. The security department was very impressed. We’re very, very happy with the booths; they are really outstanding. We’re getting another B.I.G. booth, which says it all.
